The sellers were being relocated for work. They wanted to unload their home quickly & directly to an investor so that they’d save time and money. The strategy was to add about 200sf to create a master suite and finish the basement with a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and more living space. Even though the additional 200sf meant a longer construction timeline because of city approval,
it was worth the additional profits at sale.
