About Park Hill Condos
We had three off-market units in the same building that was turning over as quickly as the other condo buildings.
Park Hill 1
This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo was in decent shape but needed a refreshing, modern touch in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen cabinets but changed everything else. The flooring throughout the bedrooms and living areas was in great shape: a nice savings on the budget and timeline.
Park Hill 2
The original owners of this unit contacted us based on one of our marketing efforts. Working together without realtors saved them about 6% on the sale and allowed us to get it at a great deal. The unit also came with two garage parking spaces, increasing its value in this growing area of Denver. Just like our other condo flips, we already knew the materials and timeline prior to close.
Park Hill 3
We acquired this project directly from the listing agent representing the seller. Despite the condo being filthy, it was still a small cosmetic project with a quick construction timeline. We had a few projects in this building at the same time, so we knew what we were facing and what materials to use. The neighborhood is booming and values continue to increase significantly.
