Over the last several years Susan has found her most productive niche as a real estate investor and asset manager for a multi-million dollar network of private investment partners nationwide. Her duties include investor relations and transactional & financial management. The projects have provided attractive returns and are appropriate to the investors goals and objectives focusing on the top producing strategy utilized in each subject market area. Projects range from small-scale rehabilitations to single family and multi-family development. The opportunity for realistic returns utilizing various strategies in multiple markets provides investors safety and confidence to re-invest.
Juan’s first exposure to real estate was in the late 1990’s working with a small firm. Currently, he is an experienced real estate developer and project manager and has successfully completed more than 80 projects as the lead developer, including single and multi-family ground up construction and rehabilitation projects. The necessary management of this role requires communication with city officials, engineers, architects, general contractors, and all trades related. He has successfully delivered these various products in multiple cities, such as Denver metro; Southern California; and San Antonio, TX. Juan has developed highly effective systems of checks and balances and has leveraged his prior corporate management experience to maintain his record of projected budget and timeline developments. He has created loyal relationships with multiple construction crews and contractors in many locations.
For 25 years Michael has been active in real estate finance and investment. He has transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate and over a half of billion dollars in loans. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University and began his career working as a broker in Los Angeles. He then became a principle in a Southern California investment group that purchased and rehabilitated multifamily properties (35 to 250 units) and successfully turned around 100’s of units of struggling C and B class properties in the Inland Empire. Mike went on to be the real estate acquisition manager for a retail center developer where he identified and negotiated the purchase of commercial land. By the late 1990’s he founded a boutique mortgage firm that originated loans in 38 states that fruitfully operated until the financial crisis of 2007. Thereafter he assembled a private equity partnership that successfully purchased distressed assets from commercial banks and hedge funds. Currently, Mike's role is one of strategic adviser and non-operational board member.
