Restoration Projects

CO Home Renovations

Our restoration projects mostly consist of basic construction. Some include small layout changes by moving a wall or two but other than that, these are quick cosmetic changes with massive results.

Erie Avenue, San Antonio, TX

We moved one kitchen wall for an open floor plan and the rest was mostly cosmetic.

Elster Avenue, Whittier, CA

One main benefit to properties such as this one in CA is that they sit on a concrete slab, so there aren’t any basements to deal with. As a result, the rehabs are quick and easy.

Fir Drive, Thornton, CO

By removing just half a wall, we were able to give this 1,200sf home an open feel.

Cherokee Street Englewood, CO

When the new owner bought this home, it was packed with junk prior to acquisition but had great bones. We were able to add a bathroom to make it more desirable and functional.

W Grafton Place Anaheim, CA

Like most California homes, this one sat on a concrete slab so the rehab was very easy.

S Holly Place Denver, CO

This renovation turned this older home into a beautiful starter home for a young family.

Josephine Street Denver, CO

After renting this home to Section 8 tenants for years, the seller was finally ready to unload the headache and renovations quickly followed.

Valley View Drive Denver, CO

This renovation took just 5 weeks.

Devine Street, San Antonio, TX

This old duplex was barely salvageable but sat in a beautiful historic neighborhood of San Antonio near the space needle and river walk.

Condos

With condo renovations, an owner really needs a contractor who will follow the rules of the Home Owner's Association and be respectful to the other neighbors. Despite the layout that cannot be changed too much, a decent amount can be done to make a condo look and feel completely different.
